MCP VIP Perks & Guidelines
VIP Membership is $350/year and covers one horse/rider. Additional horses can be added for $150. In the circumstance of an injured horse, a member can provide a vet note and a substitute horse at no additional cost. Membership expires 12 months after the contract signed date. NO REFUNDS will be permitted.
XC Schooling
Members will receive 12 months of unlimited xc schooling and hacking at MeadowCreek Park. Members will be exempt from paying xc schooling fees at schooling shows. Members must provide 24-hour notice of scheduling a xc schooling or hacking appointment. The organizer has the right to deny or reschedule any appointment.
Member Only XC Schooling Days
Members have access to VIP Only schooling days. Non-VIP Members/attendees will not be permitted to be mounted by horseback on these dates. The following 2024 dates have been scheduled: Feb 10, March 23, April 27, May 11, June 29, July 13, Aug 24, Sept 7, Oct 26, Nov 30, Dec 21. If any of these dates need to be rescheduled due to inclement weather or inadequate footing a rescheduled date will be provided by the organizer. The water complex will be filled at no cost to members on the designated Member Only dates.
Water Complex Fill Fee
Outside of the member only dates the cost of filling the water complex will be discounted by $25, making it $50 instead of $75. The water fill fee is non-refundable.
MCP Stabling
Members have priority on stabling requests. Stabling requests must be submitted on the entry form or sent via email to meadowcreekparktexas@gmail.com. The organizer has the right to deny any request.
